The foggy window fix

When a double-pane window goes cloudy, milky or streaked with condensation between the panes, the seal on the insulated unit has failed. The frame, the sash and the hardware are usually perfectly fine.
Most window companies quote you a full replacement window — frame and all. We build a new insulated glass unit to match, pull the old one, and set the new one in the frame you already have. Same clear view, a fraction of the cost, and it's normally done in one visit once the glass arrives.

Send a photo and rough measurements. Charles answers — including evenings and weekends — and gives you a real number, not a “service call fee.”
He comes out to measure, usually the same day. Nothing gets ordered off a guess, so nothing arrives the wrong size.
Mirrors and tabletops are often cut and polished on site. Insulated units and tempered glass are custom-ordered — commonly days, not the 4–8 weeks you were quoted elsewhere.
Installed by the same person who quoted it. Old glass hauled away, new glass wiped down, floors left clean.
