Send these four things

A photo of the glass — the single most useful thing. A picture answers more questions than a paragraph.
A rough measurement — width and height, a tape measure guess is fine. Exact figures get taken on site.
Where it is — bathroom mirror, bay window, patio door, shower, tabletop.
Your city — so you know right away whether it's a same-day trip.

That's usually enough for a real price on the first reply. If it's broken right now, call instead of texting — the phone is answered 24 hours.
