“Had the best customer service. Short version: Charles was professional, respectful, courteous, good communicator. He is a man of his words having integrity. Also expedient and skilled. Highly recommend him. Longer version: We needed mirror in the bathroom replaced right away. On Monday evening, google searched vendors in Rochester, MI. Other places were closed but not this place. Charles answered and immediately from the start, established respectful, good rapport. He asked me to send a picture of the mirror and dimensions. Communication was easy and clear. I let him know that if the price is reasonable and can get it done by Friday noon, then will move forward. He responded with a quote. After I accepted, Charles asked if I wanted him to come over and measure. This was at 8:30pm! He came over promptly. Took measurement, explained what he was going to do answering all of our questions. We were nervous about causing damage to the wall, etc. Charles alleviated our fears. Left saying he will check and see if he has the size of mirror in his inventory and if so, will text same night and let me know. Less than couple of hours later, got text from Charles. He couldn’t make it on Tuesday but guaranteed will get the job done by Friday. On Wednesday, he came and literally within minutes he took the entire mirror down in one piece and replaced it just perfectly. Seeing the smile and happiness on my mom’s face, I think made his day. For years, mom talked about the poor work previous installers did. After repeated calls and responses saying they will come, mom gave up. Dealing with past and current bad experiences, Charles was a breath of fresh air. I don’t know if he saw how stressful things have been. He said something that made me laugh which I needed. He brought positive energy into our house. He left an impression restoring hope in humanity that there are good people in this world. “Gave the company a call this afternoon for a quote to purchase and install two bathroom mirrors. Charles the owner, picked up and was very pleasant and professional over the phone. Charles was able to give me a quote over the phone based on measurements I provided, he informed he could have both mirrors installed today. “This is the second time that I had Charles provide me with glass. The first time was for a custom mirror that needed to fit in a door. He had the mirror for me the same day. The most recent experience was for 2 double pane pieces of glass to replace mine that had broken seals. He came out and measured same day. Had them installed exactly one week later. I had three other quotes. I also had other companies tell me that double pane glass cant be replaced and that I would need new windows complete with frames. He matched the price of the lowest quote that i had. The best part was the quick turn around time. The other quotes ranged from 4 to 8 weeks. You can trust Charles.
